Turn One is located one block north of LBJ fronting Midway Road at McEwen. The Project will be developed in an existing building formerly occupied by Gabberts Furniture. The Project is fully entitled under a Specific Use Permit (“SPU Ordinance #3590”) creating barriers to entry and limiting any prospective competitive projects in the immediate area. The plan is to start construction mid-summer and begin delivering “shell” units ready to close title to our Buyers by mid-spring 2021. This is NOT a ground up construction. We are renovating an existing high quality building. The roof is coming off the building, being aised/replaced and the exterior will include installing a ramp system. Most other improvements are interior. Construction risk is low; buyers will appreciate not having to wait and deal with the uncertainty of heavy construction.
